Sadly, yes it is David Letterman at his sharpest and most hilarious, which is not very. The only thing in the whole 9 minutes I laughed at is the quip about McCain making veal picatta on the Rachel Ray Show. Oh yeah, and I giggled a little bit when he said that he didn't want to harp on this or words to that effect, when of course he couldn't talk about anything else the whole night. Letterman is just not funny.
